I specializes in European style cakes and desserts. These desserts are lower in sugar making every slice very light and enjoyable. They are great for any occasion such as dinner parties, tea parties, family gatherings, celebrations, holidays, or just because!
Cakes are made with four layers of chiffon sponge cake and Italian meringue buttercream. I also have a variety of flavours to choose from.
Sugarbush Delights also specialize in coffee cakes and Japanese Cotton Cheesecake
I have been apprenticing under the talented sugar master Cakes by Beatriz
. I assisted her on Food Networks Gingerbread Showdown, which we won the grand prize.
