Wedding Cakes

 A 2 tier white cake with orange lace buttercream on the first tier and green on the second tier. There is a pink rose on top with white babys breath and 2 green leaves. There is a white flower with babys breath on top of the second tier.

Birthday Cakes

 A 2 tier blue cake with dinosaurs and a number 2 on it. On the cake board it says Max.

Celebration Cakes

 A tall 2 tier cake with white flowers and green leaves. The top tier is white and the bottom tier is green and black marble. There's a cake topper that says 50 years.

Cupcakes

In 2018, Gisella assisted Gingerbread Artist Beatriz Muller in winning the grand prize in the first season of Holiday Gingerbread Showdown!

From 2020 to 2022, Gisella created all of the edible treats for HunniBee ASMR's YouTube videos. During that time, HunniBee accumulated 8 Million subscribers.

Gisella worked on the gingerbread pieces featured in the movie A Gingerbread Christmas 2022 as a part of the Gingerneers team.

Associations

Gisella did an apprenticeship under Beatriz Muller for many years before opening up her own business during Covid. Beatriz is an award-winning Master Sugar Artist and owner of Cakes By Beatriz and Gingerneers who has appeared on television multiple times. Working with one of Canada's greatest Sugar Artist, Gisella has become an artist of her own and an official member of the Gingerneers. The Gingerneers are designers of unique and custom gingerbread pieces from cookies to complex buildings. Working with Beatriz has allowed Gisella to be on the Food Network on two seperate occasions as well as work on projects for corporations such as William's Sonoma in NYC and MLSE in Toronto.
